Let's Rock Chats with Scott Holt It's not everyday you get to chat with a dude that has played guitar with Buddy Guy, Eric Clapton, David Bowie and Jimi Hendrix' rhythm section. But, life is full of firsts. Just before Christmas, Blues guitarist extraordinaire, Scott Holt, called into Let's Rock to discuss his history as well as his new project, Earl & The Agitators. 20 Questions With Eric Steckel Eric Steckel recorded his first album, A Few Degrees Warmer, when he was just 11 years old. Since then, he has released a boatload of albums, including 2018's Polyphonic Prayer, which features Eric playing every instrument aside from the drums. He was 'discovered' by the great John Mayall in 2003 and toured with the legend in Europe at the age of 13. He has played his brand of 'bluesmetal' to adoring audiences in 25 countries and counting. Just back from a European tour, Eric was kind 12/05/2018

The Monday Feeling - An Album Review For those who don't know me, I spent almost 20 years living in South Korea. While there, I played in a little cover band called The Man Wons. (Man won is 10,000 Korean won or about $10 Canadian) We played a show one night in a great bar called Alleyway Taphouse in a city just outside Seoul called Suwon. There were a few bands playing that night. It was an all cover band night. There was a Chili Peppers cover band, a Muse cover band and a band called The Monday Feeling, who did a set of Foo 11/30/2018

Reverend Horton Heat - Whole New Life - A First Reaction On March 30, 2018, I had the pleasure of taking in a Reverend Horton Heat gig in Ottawa, Canada at the Brass Monkey. On a disgustingly hot evening (with an incredible opening set from Igor and The Red Elvises, fellow Let's Rockian Paul Eastwood's new favorite band), The Rev, Jim Heath managed to turn the Heat up even more. It was a truly impressive night of Psychobilly Rock. I was already a fan, but that night in March made me a diehard. Today, I received a promo copy of the new Reverend 11/30/2018
